California mortgage rates go down to 4.35%

Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports California mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages dropped 1 basis points from 4.36% to 4.35% on Friday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.22% (UT) to the highest rate of 4.74% (NV). Currently, California mortgage rates are 1 basis point higher than the national average of 4.34%.
The California mortgage rate on July 30, 2010, is down 1 basis points from last week's average California rate of 4.36%.
